My order number 40836 which was placed on Dec. 31, 2007.

I have sent couple queries for asking the reason why i have not received any items so far.

you have promised that the order will be sent last month but i did not get any response since then and nothing arrived.

Please do take good care of my order, othewise please refund my payment.
